We can provide IT support for businesses of all sizes and we specialise in small businesses and startups.  We use industry leading utilities to enable us to connect up to your Windows PC or laptop as and when you require assistance and this eliminates 98% of the requirement for site visits. This keeps our costs down which in turn keeps the price you pay to a minimum too.

So, although we’re based in Salisbury, we can – and do – easily support customers in WIltshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and beyond.

Simple, Open Pricing

With our support plans, you choose how you pay for your support whether that’s Ad-Hoc, Pre-Pay, Fixed-Price or a mix that meets your particular needs.

How about per-minute billing? No rounding up to the nearest hour here. If it only takes us 7 minutes to fix your issue remotely, you’ll only pay for 7 minutes.

And if you’re an existing customer then you can benefit from our “Free 5 minute support” feature where, if it takes us less than 5 minutes to completely resolve your issue, you won’t be charged at all!

To cover travel costs, on-site support is charged at the same rate, but with a minimum fee of 2 hours (30 minutes for customers in Salisbury)

Buy time in advance (in blocks of 4 hours) at a discounted rate and use it as fast or as slowly as you need. Can be used for all On-site and remote break/fix, project and database work.

ALL your REMOTE break/fix support with 24/7 monitoring and Service Level Agreements included for a fixed monthly fee.
