With our support plans, you choose how you pay for your support:

Ad-hoc: pay for what you use, when you use it
Pre-paid: buy time in advance and use it as fast or as slowly as you need
Monthly: subscribe to the amount of support you need each month and get additional benefits such as free online backup

Want more? How about per-minute billing? No rounding up to the nearest hour here. If it only takes us 6 minutes to fix your issue remotely, you'll only pay for 6 minutes.

To cover travel costs, on-site support is charged at the same rate, but with a minimum fee of 2 hours (30 minutes for customers in Salisbury)
